Track Tuesday & Flasdance!

Tonight I'm going to the opening night of Flashdance - The Musical with my fellow Tampa Bay Bloggers.  "What a feeling!"  Rumor has it, some might even dress for the era.  It's sure to be a great time!  I'll have a complete post about the show soon.

My workouts for last week
  • Monday - 120 abs for #lovemyabs
  • Tuesday - intervals 4 x 400s, 120 abs for #lovemyabs
  • Wednesday - 120 abs for #lovemyabs (no biking because of rain)
  • Thursday - 5 mile run @ 9:26 pace, 120 abs for #lovemyabs
  • Friday - 140 abs for #lovemyabs
  • Saturday - 8 mile run @ 9:42 pace, 140 abs for #lovemyabs
  • Sunday - 140 abs for #lovemyabs (no biking because of COLD weather)
I missed biking last week but I wasn't biking in the rain or 50 degree weather with wind.  I'm a Florida girl through and through!  I like warm, sunny days!

I walked for 2 minutes in between each lap. Here's my breakdown.

  2. I really need a watch to time intervals! Right now I do sprinting intervals 4 times a week on Bayshore using the telephone poles. I run one mile out at a good pace, stop and stretch, then walk 2 poles and sprint 3 poles for four times total. But it would be much more beneficial to know timing and pace!
